Terms of Service

1. The service

VERA is a software service that helps sales reps decide what to do next: it ranks your pipeline, drafts outreach, and generates briefs and prep materials. By creating an account or using VERA, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the data you put into VERA. You must have the right to store and use the business contact information you add, and you agree to use VERA in compliance with the laws that apply to your outreach (including anti-spam and telemarketing laws).

3. Your data

The pipeline data you add to VERA is yours. We use it only to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.

4. AI-generated content

VERA uses AI to generate recommendations, drafts, and summaries. AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing anything VERA produces before you send it or act on it. VERA is a tool that assists your judgment, not a replacement for it.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, deceptive, or abusive use, including spam.
• No attempting to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
• No reselling or white-labeling the service without our written agreement.

6. Billing

Free trials are free. If you move to a paid plan, pricing and billing terms will be presented before you pay. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges.

7. Disclaimers and liability

VERA is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You can stop using VERA and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and contact
